It does not use the MailBox plugin, it is completely independent. When a conversation is started or a message is added, each moderator receives a notification. The user is notified when a message is sent. It includes a field for user notes for moderators (the user does not see them). It is also very useful for chatting between moderators because they can also open a topic as another user. Users have a push button to send messages that changes their name if they have replied or not. Moderators have a push-button in the profiles with which they can start a priority conversation of this type, which is displayed in green or red depending on whether there is something to resolve or not. Moderators have an option in the user menu where they can see how many users they have pending to answer. Moderators also have the normal user buttons. Moderators can always see which moderator has written, but can hide it from the user in their inbox and in notifications. Being a moderator for this plugin doesn't require you to be a moderator of anything else, and you don't need to give permissions to other plugins or to the administrator panel. Great plugin.!
A plugin that provides a perfect opportunity for members to get help from moderators and keep in touch until the issue is resolved. For us an asset to one of our websites, which fortunately was developed by a very experienced developer. Patricia is an asset to the Oxwall store which will hopefully continue to exist.
