Site experienced a "parserror" when logging in. When I refreshed the page, we could no longer access any pages of the site and instead are redirected to our sitename.com/install and a page that looks like this at the top (snipped). HELP!!  We're worried that if any of our site visitors starts entering information on this page it might mess up our entire site. Please tell us what causes this and how to fix it.

Site's back up after approx 15 minutes. Perhaps a server update? We're not sure. But if there's a way to make it so a different screen comes up in those instances, that would be great. Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this?

Lisa, also, usually when your site all of the sudden starts displaying installation screen, then this means that your site can not connect to the database. Usually because max. connection amount is reached. So if you have a lot of users on your site, you might consider moving to a better server.
