I have user credits. How do I add a way for users to pay for their credits using paypal. As of now there is only a way to mark which bulk credits I have made. But no way for them to pay for them.
Also will it give them the credits after paying with paypal or admin approval?

Have you checked screen shot #4 under "User Credits" plugin? (http://www.oxwall.org/store/item/53) .

Credits are given automatically when payment is received ( make sure that you have your CRON set).
