Item # 1 - Can you let me know your site link and a test login account?

Item # 2 - They are not deleted users. If they are deleted users, you can not find their name displayed. Can you confirm if they are suspended or banded users?

i have seen a deleted person computer there with the name deleted user.I didnt get time to capture the shot coz i was too busy
