Is there any app (Mobile or Desktop) that allows you to send out the
same message to customers using different chat-based services? I know
SMS is one option, but I would want something that is more comprehensive
(since RCS is still new).
I have been searching for one, but what I have got so far are solutions
that provide a unified hub to interact with messages on different
platforms. That will not solve my requirement since I will still have to
copy-paste the same message several times to send it out on different
services.

The alternative to this would be to stick to one platform myself, and

Seems like folks are debating whether it's better to use one app for everything or multiple apps for different tasks. Personally, I think it depends on your workflow and team size.
