This plugin is very slow!

Which function works slow? Could you provide more details by the issue.

When going to some user's profile and click "send private message", with some users it works, with other users their name will not auto fill in the recipient form. Will even manually type in their user-name, and it says "JSmith doesn't exist". I have checked their privacy settings and they have no privacy settings to prevent their visibility.

It seems it doesn't see all users in the system.
