Birthday date are not complete, how to edit it?

You mean the way it only goes up to 1992?

You can simply change it and all more dates in Profile Questions.

How and where to go to change it, on which file to do the modification.

@Mohamed, You need to go to /admin/questions/index/

For Birthday, click the edit button all the way to the right side
