remove the word user from the url | Forum

Yesterday it was still fine. If i wanted someone to go straight to my profile

I just give them this link

www.lifeonbreak.com/simon

now that link does not exist and gives an error

it all of a sudden became

www.lifeonbreak.com/user/simon/

What happened? How do I get rid of that word user from the url?

I've been mass marketing the original link to everyone.

Fixed it...just in case someone sees this

this happened when i upgrade 1.5.2 to 1.5.3

I originally edit the \ow_system_plugins\base\init.php

and when it got upgraded the file was changed as well.
