Pala, if by "Members list" you mean the page under "Members" menu with the list of all your site users, then
1. You can just remove "Members" menu item in admin panel>>pages&menus>>pages&menus.
Note that this only removes the menu item, the page will still be accessible via direct URL.
2. You can completely remove "Members" functionality.
This requires custom code modification.

Pala, Oxwall doesn't support custom code modifications.
We do have "Custom Code Modifications" section on our forum: http://www.oxwall.org/forum/topic/6082

I don't think that you even need this modificaiton.
If you have "Privacy" plugin and have set "View me" to "only my friends" or "only me" then your profile will not appear under "Members" page.
