The meta keywords of different topic sites in forum are same. How can I change them?

Meta Keywords can be changed in Admin Panel>>Settings>>language>>search by "free software" keyword>>change the text to whatever you want to.

If you meant that you would like to have different meta keywords for each form topic, you will need to modify the source code.
