I want use oxwall for my other site but I use elgg for that domain right now is it possible to export everything like all groups all posts and all members + pictures to oxwall?

ELGG architecture is little complex and with some difficulties, it would be possible to move from ELGG to oxwall.

... of course it is possible to migrate your members from Elgg to Oxwall, but that would require custom code modifications then. I would recommend looking for a developer that could create a plugin allowing migration from Elgg to Oxwall. And I believe that that plugin would be successful.
