For example, I would to show photo, video, events of user on the dashboard just like the way we have "Upcoming Birthdays" on the dashboard.

In the init.php file inside every plugins folder in ow_plugins folder, change PLACE_PROFILE to PLACE_DASHBOARD.
Deactivate the plugin and reactivate after changing.
