Hello people, we were first time buyers. We brought a new construction build from the builder. We saw little issue here or there, the biggest issue, after living in this house is the cheap quality doors. They are going bad. I lived in my parents house when I was younger and in apartments. No door has worn out like this. This is cheap quality. Atleast almost all doors expect master bedroom, garbage entry door, front and back doors. They look like this . Pictures

New build definitely doesn’t mean high quality unless that is what you request and pay for.  Builder grade is bottom level and mass quantities.

Ugh, that sounds super annoying. Cheap doors are the worst, especially when you’ve just moved into what’s supposed to be a brand-new home. We had a similar issue with the doors in our place—constantly sticking, and the paint started chipping way too soon. We ended up replacing a few of them and got some solid advice from victoriaribeiro.com.br during the process. They really helped us figure out what to look for in terms of quality. Maybe worth checking out if you're thinking of swapping them out.
