I'm willing to pay a developer for there time to create a plugin that my members are requesting.

Apparently Bebo had or has a feature to similar to this.

Every day you login you get 1 heart, you are allowed to then give that heart to whoever you like. You can only earn one heart to give to someone once every 24 hours. I want this to help keep our members coming back daily.

It would also be good to have a widget on the users profile to show how many hearts they have received and possibly a leaderboard.

Would someone be so kind and create this for me? Like I said I'll pay etc
