hi just curious if you had a trick to hold the bottom banner right above the footer even on an empty page or a page with just a bit of text on it.  I did try vertical-align:bottom as well as some other css but if the page is empty  its still in the middle of the page rather than being pushed all the way down. 

There is some code called stickyfooter but i think it would be intrusive as per the page setup.  

Right now i have some returns pushing it down but thought i would ask if you had a better idea.. thanks.
