I think it would help so much if Oxwall required certain information up front on help requests.

Such as:

Oxwall Version

Plugin Version (if applicable)

Theme name

php version

mysql version

Cpanel OR Plesk

Coding experience 1 noob -> 5 very experienced

Knowing this info up front will improve reply quality, and speed up replies.

As well as a proper title lol, "help me please" as the title helps noone an then if somone down the line needs to search for the issue, it is harder to find. :)
