did you check the setting on the indivual widget...

i did check and made it visible from the main page widget itself...but same result.....Guests cannot see it

Make sure that guests have the permission to view vidiers.

When you specify visibility when adding new menu item you do this for the ITEM itself and not the content. So "Video" item is right now visible for everybody. If you have set this for "Registered Members" only, item would have been visible for them only.
Whether user is allowed to see the content ( in this case video) is defined in permissions of user roles.
