That´s what I need.

1) Arrange fixed topics the way I want (drag and drop).

2) Fixed topcis really fixed, not moving up and down when they have a new answer.

2) Categorized topics (Something like Question, Tutorial, Need Help, Discussion - customizable by admin), like in this site.

Do not found something like that at Oxwall Store.

Can anyone develop it, like a plugin?
