Recently the response from Oxwall Store moderation team is very slow or even there is no reply some times.

Its been a week I sent a message via contact page and no reply.

Also there is no response for another communication regarding plugin approval.

Would you send me all details concerning the deals with slow communication? (plugin name, question subject etc). Approval process may take up to 3 business day (as it's stated here). And we do our best to follow this.
