Hello,


I've been trying to contact the team to eliminate the reason why is my item suspended, 

it's been 5 days i did not get any email back from them?

how am i supposed to know the reason so that i can re-submit my item?


Anyone faced this before?

How are we supposed to know our reason before we re-submit again?

We cannot suspend the item without a reason. Please, resubmit the plugin. If your plugin will be rejected again. Resend a request to moderation_team@direct.oxwall.org , indicate the name of the plugin and our webmaster will get back to you asap. Sorry for inconveniences.

Dear ross,


I know that you cannot suspend the item without a reason.

I only trying to know the reason of suspension nothing else!

I did resubmit the plugin like 3 times again, i give up.


This is same email you gave me before,

i will not send email to it again,

i got "Delivery Status Notification."


Please give me another email or help with other solution.

I been trying to know the reason since June 5.

6 days already passed just for 1rst plugin.

i have like 4 more plugins if i planned to add them how long should i wait?

We've just checked the e-mail, everything is ok and working properly. Contact the webmaster, she'll give you the reason of suspension and provide with further details. By the way what was the plugin about?

It is a Mood change plugin.

Allows users to change their mood state.
