Please can any body help me to chang the index page (main page)
to " sign-in?back-url=my-profile" is the the main page
This is the login in page that show only the login and
password page not themain registration page.

You can easily close your site from guests via Admin Area > Privacy & Permissions >> Guests can view the site field. Or move the My profile button to the first position via Admin Area > Page & Menus and disable it for guests.
