yes I had the Hot List plugin modded a while back and made it where users can add others to the hotlist and would like to add the option to user hint so my question is how do i add third party plugins to the user hint? if I need to pay you for this mod I can just let me know

User Hint was developed with extended interface of communication with other plugins. There are several events you can use to communicate with this plugin from your custom plugin. But you should be familiar with Oxwall plugin development.

User Hint events:

hint.collect_buttons

hint.collect_buttons_config

hint.collect_buttons_preview

hint.collect_info_config

hint.info_preview

hint.info_render

hint.hint_render

Take a look on these events implementation in one of the bridge classes in User Hint plugin's source code. For example: ow_plugins/hint/classes/gift_bridge.php

I am planning to write an extended documentation for other developers of how to communicate with User Hint from their plugins. But I am really busy by now, so it can take some time.

Hello atomjani,

It is not possible in this version of the plugin. I am going to add an extra line which will be displayed under user name in the next update. Only 3 lines of information will be available. The hint will be overloaded if I add more information lines ( more than 3).

Hi Sergey,

When clicking the arrow on the group users (on the hint box) the user list box opens in the light box. The layout and formatting of the names seems very messy. Names longer than three letters stack vertically and looks bad.

Any suggestions?

This user list is a standard Oxwall interface - User Hint uses it without modification. If this interface looks wrong it is probably a theme issue. What theme do you use?

I have installed the plug in, but I have a strange website address appearing above line 2..??
Is this something that can be removed? Or is this your copy-write address?

Hi Sergey,

I am using Proximus 2 - Responsive. I havn't noticed this issue elsewhere.

seems like the float box is not big enuf to contain the user list.

It seems that the order of the rule in the style sheet caused the problems.

If I set...

.floatbox_canvas .floatbox_container {
width: 75%!important;
min-width: 450px!important;

}

It seems to work...

Hello this was recommend to me by Skadate though after I installed it, I don't see anything anywhere no hovers on the site at all.

I am thinking there is a conflict with the theme I am using which is Pandora - Responsive theme for OW Visuals.
