Alireza, 

please use this link www.yourdomainname.com/index/customize?disable-js=1 , then go the phpmyadmin find this table: ow_base_component_setting and delete the html widget you used. After that clear the cache and find another table: ow_base_component_place_cache and clear the html code you've entered.
