The sign up page on our website automatically relocates itself to the left, and several questions are missing. Is it possible to fix this?

StickMen, this happens because of missing lang.keys ( for example: base+questions_question_match_sex_label).
Have you deleted any questions from Admin pnael?
If you did, enable DEV mode in config.php ( http://docs.oxwall.org/plugin-tuts:enable-debug) and check your join page again.

I am having this exact same issue. I turned dev mode to true, but I cannot find anywhere to "see" anything extra on the join page. I can't view it unless I sign out, and then I can't edit it, of course. Is there something I'm supposed to be looking for to denote dev mode? Nothing looks any different.
*Update* I turned on dev mode, refreshed a few times, it finally updated. Thank you.

Rainey, DEV mode clears cache memory on the server.
When issues like this one happen, usually it is because question is deleted, but cache is not cleared.
Glad to hear that everything is ok now.
Don't forget to disable DEV mode.

Sanda, if DEV mode didn't help to solve your issue, please problem, I will be glad to check the issue for you if you provide admin panel and FTP access details.
