for example search for tag1 AND tag2
i need only to link to groups of blog posts with more than one particular tag

i want to search in blog posts from all users by tags
now i can search with 1 tag only:
/blogs/list/browse-by-tag?tag=first+tag
i want to link to lists of blog posts more or less like this:
/blogs/list/browse-by-tag?tag=first+tag&tag=second+tag <- (that is not working example)
and get blog posts that have "first tag" AND "second tag"
that feature would be very useful to group and search in knowledge base / products
if there is solution i would be very grateful for the tip. :)
