Tonight i got a problem with my website, someone send me a report with ( abuse report plugin ) he work fine is not a problem but my notification & my mailbox don't want delete the message ... how i can delete this message and this notification ?

I have check delete message and apply but nithing happened message always here same for my notification already read it but i got always notification 1 on my panel =/
