1. Did you install Social Bridge alone or with Contact Importer/Social Connect/Social Publisher?

2. Please be note, this module is not supposed to install alone. It has to be installed with at least one of: Social Connect, Social Media Importer, Social Steam, Social Publisher and Contact Importer since it's a component to them, please read the description of product

3. In case you have installed Social Bridge with one of listed products and still have the issue, kindly submit a ticket under Client Area at www.oxwall.younetco.com/client or send email to support@younetco.com, then our Support Staff will check for you.
