Maric, do you want the Photo menu item to lead to the users' albums list, but not to the photos list? If so, the best way to achieve it is a new plugin development . Please see the crash course for more information here: http://docs.oxwall.org/dev:crash-course

If you are not familiar with the code modifications, it would be better for you to find a developer who can help you with it.
