Question before buying this. Are there ad's and links to other websites? Does this integrate with only the users of my site or do outside users also play?

It depends on the game you will install. But almost all games have ads before playing and it can't be ommited.
If game supports Leaderboard or score, by default you will see score only from members from your site.
