This is a great idea. However, if the site owner is taking money on behalf of the seller as an intermediary then that site owner is entering into a legal relationship of 'agent'. This opens a Pandora box of liability issues for the site owner which need to be very carefully considered and addressed either in the rules of the site or on a separate page when the widget opens up.

@Modern. The site owner should have a Terms and Conditions page anyway. They should be agreed to prior to joining the site.
I suggested to plugin maker that there should be a box for the admin to put the Terms URL, so that when the seller creates the ad, they tick acknowledge that they have read them, and the buyer acknowledges that they have read them. (Just as a reminder that site is not responsible for any issues)

@IB good idea something added to the lang file should be fine, just have some kind of text as a disclaimer. +1

The updated version has an option for the admin to decide to show an disclaimer text or not.. The new version will be in store soon.
