at office im using Fiber 50Mb speed and i try with 4G 55MB speed and 3G 7.2MB and DSL my home 10 MB all same and all of my user same , 

you think can be anything about security things ? 

i just used VPN and with IP from Netherlands i could open it !!! IP from USA didnt open 

Tiny chat is down again dont know how long it has been down but its not loading again.

Its working again no changes made, very strange they must set connection limits or something for it to be intermitent like that.
