I have recently installed another Oxwall, yes, this community rocks!
BUT: I had same problem with the installing as my other one (fixed)
And I also have this problem, that I can't remember how I fixed and I have been searching for hours now and tried:
CHMOD 4 folders to 777
reinstalling PHOTO plugin
define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true);
define('OW_DEV_MODE', true);
but nothing works...
It does show an example of picture I want to upload (you choose from your computer and the Oxwall shows), but once I upload it won't show. It disappears. Now last time I fixed it, all pictures (including the once that didn't show before) started showing.
Please help I know it can be fixed, I just don't know/remember how.

Problem in .htaccess file. I solved this problem so ow_userfiles/.htaccess rewrite code in file. Instead Options All -Indexes, write it Options -Indexes
But it REALLY fucks the theme up :/

I suspect your server is set up with insane permission restrictions OR the permissions on the folder are not correct.

I have set the folder to 777 and it is working with the changes in the -htaccess but as stated, the theme won't work then.
But I think I need to reinstall the theme and that should do it. It works on other themes.

well that seemed to do the trick, but I still don't see anything when I check videouploads. Might be a whole different problem with that though. Argh...

the theme problem, however, seems to be a cashe problem that just needs to be emptied.

Chrisstoffer Nightinglam, the only pending problem with the existing fix is that for some reason only SOME embeds uploaded earlier doesn't show thumbnails. We are checking this.
Other then that, fix works for videos uploaded via media panel and for videos uploaded via Video plugin.

You can install Oxwall by downloading its main package from the official Oxwall1 website. You can then install Oxwall on your server or on your personal computer via AMPPS or install it manually by downloading Oxwall and following its installation instructions Vampire Survivors
