Is it possible (or will it be an option in the future) where admin will get system emails like new member joined, new forum topic created etc.

I can seend the mail in the mass function. also can not send emails from my site working for example.

Hmm... Are you really need this function? If you doesn't operate your site online, your community will not grow up any activity and you will not receive such email notifications :)
