Sorry to post again

I just received some feedback from a user on a website I made using oxwall and they said they have trouble logging in and is not remembering their password

They are accessing the site on their Samsung note, she said she has to shrink the screen to be able to log in and activate it etc

Is there a plugin to solve this issue or something

I found this one but was not sure if it will solve the issue
