I dont know when this bug started but one of my users just brought it to our attention.

The photo album plugin has a top photo section, this displays the photos with the highest ratings etc. Our section appears to be pulling back inaccurate information and/or has stopped registering votes.

For example a users photo with a full 5* rating voted by 16 users in not appearing where as a photo with 5* rated by 4 users is, I remember seeing this photo a while back, it looks like this system stopped working a month or so ago.. Other users are haing the same issues, some have 25 5* ratings and arent appearing.

Would be good if someone could assist :)
