Hello,i want to let some of my moderators customizing the index page,but if i want to let mods do that they need admin rights i dont want to give them admin rights is there some function to let them only customize the front page? or if not can u change that in the next update?

You can suggest it here: http://oxwall.uservoice.com/forums/13756-ideas-for-oxwall . In the meantime, the way you wan it to be done, this can be done only as a custom code modification
