I bought this product before but has trouble installing site and got the 500 error! I think this application has conflict and left the site in 500 error.Now I have new website and I'm afraid to reinstall this application.How to setup this application?

if your members aren't going offline your cron is set up wrong, contact your hosting provider for the right cron set up

As to the commands indicated in the cron configuration manual, they work most of the time. But, sometimes they don't and this may vary from hosting to hosting. Which is why, you need to contact your provider to find out the right command.
