if i post a photo with any mobile phone it will be displayed in vertical format and not in upright format on Website/Newsfeed.

Bekir, Oxwall currently doesn't support mobile devices.
But I have checked out of interest on my iPhone.
All depends on how the photo was taken: vertically or horizontally ( I mean the position of the phone when photo was taken).
Oxwall will release mobile version in 1.6
You just will need to wait.
