Since I'm trying to encourage users to upload real pictures, instead of cartoons, I've been trying to figure out how to change the mouse-over prompt from "CHANGE AVATAR" (on their profile page) to "CHANGE PICTURE."
Can someone kindly point out to me, where in the code I'll need to modify to make this happen?

This can be changed from admin panel->languages.
Try to search for a lang key with value "change avatar" and replace it with your text.
