Can't find App ID.. - Facebook Connect | Forum

So here's issue I am having...

Follow these 2 simple steps to enable Facebook Connect on your site:

Create application and set a name for it. It should be your social network name so users remember that they signed up. <------ I can't find the page to this. Like When I click the link, it takes me to this page [ https://developers.facebook.com/ ] What am I looking for from there. I am clicking around. And will continue searching. Maybe I am not reading correctly or something.

From this page click on "Apps" and then on "Create new App":
