Is it possible paste to Profile Questions select GROUPS?
I want create 3 groups and when user will registration, he must select one group.

When you say groups are you referring to the groups plugin? You want to create three groups in the groups plugin and then the member must join 1 when they register? Is that corrrect?
This is probably the closest you will find without a special plugin.
