I THINK the upgrade went OK.
I got the message saying the site is up to date.
When I now however go into admin account i get 500 error.
Any ideas?

Would you enable dev_mode in ow_includes/config.php and try to login to admin again? You will see an actual error message in this case. Post this error here.

Would you also enable debug mode in config.php as:
define('OW_DEBUG_MODE', true);
and try to login as admin again?
