hello, I would like to list only female profiles in users box in main page, or only an account type. I apreciate any information on this.

It's possible, but as the custom code modification only.
You will need to add additional custom methods which will search for the definite users and show them in the Users list widget on the Index page. You can check the /ow_system_plugins/base/bol/user_dao.php file to see how it works.
