Please how can i make my site user to select a specific Group during registration on my site and for the users to be Automatically registered on the selected Group on the Ow Groups Plugin on my site?

That is:- for Example, i have a Group List on my SignUp page named:- SELLECT YOUR UNIVERSITY. having Uniben, Futa, Akungba etc...
please how can i make a User that select e.g. Uniben to be automatically be register on the Ow Groups Plugin which i have created all the Universities Groups on my site? So that a User that select Uniben as his/her university during SignUp on my Site will not be allow or will not be able to Creat a Group on Futa Group?

Please help me...
