Jerome, they are not supposed to be there originally.
You can add banners to Main/Dashboard pages using Custom HTML widgets though.
Main page: log in as site admin>>go to your main page>>click "Customize this page">> add new Custom HTML widget>>paste your banner code into the widget>>Finish customizing
Dashboard: admin panel>>Pages and menus>>User dashboard>> add new Custom HTML widget>>paste your code>>
Members: we don't have functionality to add banners to this particular page only. Requires custom code modifications.
