what problem in godaddy ?????

sorry jyoti i was being anti godaddy.  their way of doing things is quite different from most everyone else in the business IMO and i have seen their user panel and it is not user friendly at all.   Ross should be back on tomorrow and hopefully he may have some good news for you.

I already told Jyoti, that this problem is related to the hosting provider, you need to contact support team and find out why your account doesn't have such permissions.
