I'm wondering how I can remove the activity field you see when browsing users, only if it's over a certain amount of days old??
Any thoughts how I might be able to do this?

You can find all necessary functionality in these files:
/ow_system_plugins/base/components/users.php

But we strongly recommend that you create your own plugin and do not make changes in the core files, because when you update your site - all the changes you've made will be lost.
