I need to upload some videos from my pc to Oxwall, as I can make it without having to upload it to youtube or some of these pages?

if I helped you solve the problem, but if you know of another option to embed videos I would appreciate, the option is purchased Dave.

There are only three ways.
1. Embed using third party such as youtube
2. Upload them to the site via cPanel or ftp as mp4 and then have a link and hope your users can play them using whatever they have on their system (example windows media player)
3. Or Upload them via a plugin which has its own player.
