When users upload a photo, the photo will be public which every user registered can view the photo, comment and like the photo in "Photo Menu"... Is there anyway to make all the photo private like facebook?? Which only their friends can view their photo

The only 'normal' way I know is to set the Dashboard as the landing page for logged in users.
That could be done from yourwebsite
/admin/pages/manage
In that case, users will be able to see only activities related to them.
