I have java chat installed on my website & wandering if it is possible to fill login details with logged in members username, age etc?

there are several chat plugins in the store section, will none of those work for you?

they do but I want members to connect to our irc server not chat using a plugin where members stay on the website.

You are welcome to post a plugin request in the store section of the forum, and see if a dev out there will take on the project.
